Just Dew it.....

I came across this DOPE throwback commercial of Mountain Dew, and the color schemes presented in this commercial are simply amazing!

Excuse me while I kiss the sky....

A Reflection On The Five Percenter Influence On Rap Music & Culture

“[Corporate America] said, you know what “I'm not here for your revolution, I'm not here for this Black medallion sh*t and it became almost cool to be ignorant. When this became strictly a part of Americanized corporate structure, that's when the corruption crept through.”

You are BEAUTIFUL, no matter what they say....

You have to TRY..........

The Naked Truth.....

But can I get a window seat
Don’t want nobody next to me
I just want a ticket outta town
A look around
And a safe touch down…
I just need a chance to fly
A chance to cry
And a long
Bye bye.

Open Happyness

Ahem*Ahem* let me clear my throat
So you can hear clearly every word spoke
Today I woke feeling lovely
Happiness overflowin knowin somebody loves me
Just think yesterday I was down and out
Now there's not a single thing for me to frown about
And the same thing can happen to you
Smiling so hard my mouth look like a capital U

The Love Story

This was a great RedBox rental. This movie shined a lot of light in to the lustful love story of Capitalism in America. Michael Moore also exposes how the bailout came to surface and how the money is really being spent. If you guys get a chance its a little lengthy but its worth it. Love to hear what your thoughts are.

"On the 20-year anniversary of his groundbreaking masterpiece "Roger & Me," Michael Moore's "Capitalism: A Love Story" comes home to the issue he's been examining throughout his career: the disastrous impact of corporate dominance on the everyday lives of Americans. But this time the culprit is much bigger than General Motors, and the crime scene is far wider than Flint, Michigan." Ny-Z

This is a short documentary called NY-Z by Absolute. It follows Jay-z during his Sept 11 concert at MSG. Its a great 15 minutes glimpse inside the mind of Jay-Z. He keeps it one double and shows that behind all the gossip he just “Beating to his Own Drum”. This helped regain his spot back on my list. Many people have been trying to discredit Jay but “Jay-Z this Jay-Z that but Jay-Z is Jay-Z”. So I leave you with these words “ In more ways then one hum to your beating drum. Follow your own beat because deep inside you you shall find what you seek” #Raw_Wisdom from The 3rd_Kind. Well enjoy the prequel to the sequel because like Jay said "All in due Time"

Kanye West - We Were Once A Fairy Tale (Directed by Spike Jonze)

Such a masterpiece.....

It was all a Dream....

J. Sakiya Sandifer is a very inspirational person, who has helped me think outside the box. His blog is filled with powerful post and inspiring quotes by many creative and innovative people including himself. He co-wrote Kanye West's Thank You And You're Welcome. He also developed marketing concepts for fortune 500 companies. His book (which I need to get asap) Think Think Think and Think Again, a short book of "saKiya-ism", is his unique ideas to get positive change in peoples lives.

Hater Blockers!

These dope shades were designed by Mykita called the YURI for the Romain Kremer fall winter 2010/2011 collection. When I first seen these, I thought about how I could wear these with a hat and look like some type of superhero. I could definitely see Lady Gaga in these.

Freaknik The Musical

Photobucket

The message and story behind Freaknik is real dope. We need more positive messages to get across to the youth. I know at first this show seems a tad bit ignorant, but once you get past the booty shaking and pipe dreams its real. T-Pain touches on a couple subjects most people might be a little shy to speak on. There a couple subjects with in this cartoon I would recommend to do some personal research to seek for your self. So viewers come with an open mind and watch it twice. Once for entertainment and the second to analyze and let me know what you guys think?  #Raw_Wisdom from the 3rd_Kind

"The one-hour special, ‘Freaknik: The Musical,’ took Pain two years to create, and features vocal appearances by Lil Wayne (playing Jesus), Snoop Dogg, Keri Hilson, Kelis, Big Boi, Rick Ross, George Clinton and Bootsy Collins. Saturday Night Live comedians Andy Samberg and Bill Hader also round out the bill. T-Pain also voices “a party ghost.”
‘Freaknik’ focuses on a group of students hoping to revive the party, which at one point attracted more than 250,000 people, until it was shut down in the late 90’s."Via : 2DopeBoyz

Here is the beginning of the Rebirth of a Vision!

I am proud to be able to share this with the fans who hold much faith in us and the people to come. Every one has been asking whats going on with The New Regime? All i have to say is, “Come follow our journey and witness the rise for your selves. Allow your imagination and experience the change. The change is very much upon us, so now it is time to tune in and let the music open up our eyes and ears. In hope to screw the bulb back in so we can unplug and step outside of the Box. Letting us experience The Evolution and Revolution of Art”

{“FYI for those stuck in the Box!!!!!! Here is a place where you can see what those experience would be. #Raw_Wisdom from The 3rd_Kind”}
